Freshwater pearl with antique sapphire and diamond in gold & silver

Freshwater pearl necklace with antique sapphire & diamond lock in gold & silver. The lock is in 14 kt gold and silver adorned with a beautiful blue sapphire surrounded by small single cut diamonds. The lock is not stamped but tested for a vacancy of 14 kt gold and silver. Length of the chain: 42 cm. Measurements of the clasp itself: 5 x 15 mm.
