Hand-thrown stoneware vase with softly rounded form and expressive flamed glaze in deep brown with flowing blue top and vertical brush-like streaks in a Jugend-inspired aesthetic. Unique artisan-made example. Origin: Denmark, Roskilde Lervarefabrik. Material: Ceramic. Dimensions: H. 16 cm, D. 11 cm. Period: 1920s/30s. Condition : Good condition with minor signs of use, a few chips on the rim.
