Russian artist (18/19 century): An imperial woman receives the priest's blessing. Oil on cardboard / wood. Signed: Moskalevich? 16 x 22 cm. Oval. Framed. Probably motif of the Russian Tsar family, where the Zarina receives the ecclesiastical blessing. The czar can be seen in the background with crown. Probably historical production - sketch - for a larger work. Really exciting work !!
