Black Swan fountain pen

Black Swan fountain pen made in England. Not familiar with this filling system. Presumably it needs to be restored before the fountain pen can absorb ink and write again. Otherwise the pen appears in good condition without damage or repairs. All parts are original to this model. Dimensions: 12.7 cm
