Unknown artist Watercolour, 1971.

Unknown artist Watercolour, 1971. A poetic abstract composition with cosmic and biomorphic forms rendered in soft pastel tones. Spiralling symbols, floating dots and radiating structures recall planetary or microscopic constellations, unfolding across a field of pale rose, ivory and muted yellow. The expression is intuitive, lyrical and graphic — with a distinctly mid-century surrealist sensibility. Artist: Unknown (signed “J. Sáez”) Material: Watercolour on paper Visible image size: 46 × 59 cm Total size (incl. frame): 67 × 80 cm Signature: Signed “J. Sáez 71” lower right Period: 1971 Condition: Light overall yellowing and minor stains, otherwise well preserved
